Lead times and delivery
How long does an order take?
48-72 h for standard parts; 5-10 working days if design work is needed. We confirm the exact date in the quote.
Do you ship across Spain?
Yes, mainland, Balearic and Canary Islands. Workshop pickup is also possible (Viladecavalls, Vallès Occidental, next to Terrassa) by appointment.
Do you handle rush orders?
Yes. If the part is in stock or the file is ready, we can ship in 24 h with an express surcharge.
Pricing and invoicing
What is the minimum order?
None. From a single part to runs of thousands of units.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. We work with companies, freelancers and individuals. We sign NDAs when the project requires it.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, from 10 units up. For long runs price scaling matters a lot; ask us for a detailed quote.
Design and files
What if I don't have the design?
We create it for you. We start from a photo, a sketch, a character or your logo. Before manufacturing we show you a render to approve.
Which files do you accept for 3D printing?
STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF. For sublimation: PDF, AI, PNG (300 dpi) or SVG.
Do you work with copyrighted characters?
Only if you hold valid rights / a personal licence. For commercial use we require written authorisation.
Quality and warranty
What if the part arrives faulty?
We remake it, no argument. That's our commitment.
What accuracy do you achieve?
± 0.2 mm as standard in FDM. For tight tolerances we use different machines; we confirm this in the quote.
Do mugs and t-shirts survive washing?
Yes. Sublimation bonds into the material; it withstands dishwashers and industrial washing machines without fading.
