What is NFC and how does it work?
It's the same technology you pay with using your phone. Here we use it so any object of yours opens the link you choose, just by bringing a phone close.

Every piece has an NFC chip embedded inside. No batteries, no maintenance, nothing visible on the outside.
- 2. The customer taps their phone
No app or camera needed. Just bring the phone close to the object.
- 3. The destination opens instantly
Your Google review page, your Instagram, your website, your menu… whatever you choose to program.
- 4. Change the destination anytime
The chip doesn't store the final destination: it points to our own link, which we redirect. You change the content without touching the physical object.
NFC programming is always included, in 100% of the products, at no extra cost.
How the keyring or stand is linked to your URL
The NFC chip doesn't come with your website pre-installed: we program it to point exactly where you want. If you change your mind, we redirect it without touching the object.

Google Reviews, Instagram, website, WhatsApp, digital menu… you decide which page the customer reaches.
- 02We program the chip
We write the URL into the NFC tag memory. It can be a direct link or one of our own that we then redirect.
- 03We test before shipping
We tap a phone and check it opens correctly. Every piece is validated one by one.
- 04You deliver it ready
The customer just has to bring their phone close. No apps, no camera, no setup.
We offer rewritable chips (you change the destination whenever you want) and locked chips (fixed link, ideal for gifts or campaigns). Programming is included in every pack.

When Nova Factory designs and hosts the microsite or landing the NFC points to, hosting is billed separately from the pack, monthly or yearly — includes 2 content updates per year.
On Pro, Enterprise, Custom hosting with scan analytics is included by default. On Start, Plus it's an optional paid upgrade.
