This Legal Notice governs the use of the website https://novafactory.tech (hereinafter, the "Website"), in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose
The Website's purpose is to present Nova Factory's services, allow users to request information or quotes, book appointments and communicate with the company. Access and browsing grant the status of user and imply unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice.

The user agrees to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website, refraining from: (i) carrying out unlawful, illegal or bad-faith activities contrary to public order; (ii) disseminating racist, xenophobic, pornographic content, content that glorifies terrorism or violates human rights; (iii) causing damage to the physical and logical systems of the provider, its suppliers or third parties; (iv) introducing computer viruses or any other system that may cause damage.

To resolve any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Website, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply, except in the case of consumers, in which case the legally established jurisdiction shall apply.
