Nova Factory was born in Viladecavalls (Vallès Occidental, next to Terrassa) with one clear idea: that anyone — freelancer, brand or large account — can manufacture without fighting distant factories.
How Nova Factory started
Nova Factory was born in 2022 in Viladecavalls (Vallès Occidental, next to Terrassa) with a clear premise: that anyone —from a freelancer with an idea to a company ordering a thousand merch units— could manufacture their product without dealing with distant factories, absurd minimums or surprises in the final result.
Since then we have delivered more than 500 orders: hand-painted figures, NFC keyrings for film premieres, welcome kits for startups, technical parts for industrial production lines and wedding favours guests still keep. All from the same workshop, with the same team.
Our method —brief, render, physical sample, production— exists because we believe nobody should pay for a surprise. Every piece is validated before producing the batch. No exceptions.
Two production lines under the same roof
Printers running in parallel to shorten lead times on short and medium runs. We work with PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU depending on the application.
Professional Epson printers and Brildor presses for drinkware, textiles and accessories in full colour, with an industrial finish.

The team behind Nova Factory
Leads the studio's strategy and oversees the FDM 3D printing farm: part quality, production planning and client coordination.
Responsible for operations and the sublimation and textile merchandising line. Handles finishing, materials and quality control.
Leads the studio's communication and social media, and supports production to keep the workshop moving.
The three co-founders run Nova Factory day to day, with more people collaborating on design, assembly and logistics depending on the project.
